You can sign into you account on the website to track your order. You will also receive a tracking confirmation email. For further support please contact our Customer Care team.
Unopened, unused products can be returned within 14 days of receipt. The product must be in its original saleable condition. Please visit our 'deliveries & returns' page.
Reuse: keep your Vivomer packaging at home and refill and reuse time and time again with our refill products
Recycle: send your packaging back to us and we'll recycle for you - either within our own supply chain, or with recycling partners (contact our customer care team to organise a return/ returns label accessed here)
Compost: send your packaging back to us (contact our customer care team to organise a return/ returns label accessed here) and we'll organise composting for you with our partners - see the amazing work they're doing HERE
Or - the packaging will compost in your own, home compost.
Send back to us, simply email us or drop it off in store. Or you can put your Vivomer packaging in your general waste bin. Vivomer will biodegrade in a landfill environment at a similar rate to cellulose without creating microplastics in the environment.
We offer limited edition samples on certain products only, but are always looking into the most environmentally friendly way of offering samples across our range, they will be on website if available.

Yes, the current subscription model ends with Box 018. However, as a current subscriber, you will receive priority access to the new quarterly membership.
Absolutely. Innovation is at the heart of our mission, and the new model will allow us the time and space to develop products that truly push boundaries.
At this stage, we haven’t introduced a selection option. The quarterly model is curated to ensure each box is exclusive and aligns with our vision of sustainable innovation.
Key improvements include a slower release cycle to reduce waste, enhanced product quality, and maintaining sustainability. We’re also developing a loyalty-focused Citizenship program, which you’ll have access to as a subscriber.
